BBQ NOTICE!Date of BBQ ; 28th Nov ;D, and yea it's next Friday!
Venue ; East Coast Park, BBQ Area C Pit 18.
Time ; Officially starts at 3pm.
[For ingredient helpers, meet at IMM Giant Entrance.]

For our schedule, ingredient helpers will meet at IMM's Giant entrance as stated above. After buying some of the things needed in the supermarket, we will be heading towards the Fairprice next to the renovating JEC. Keionn, Crystal, Yuncai and Waiteng would be carrying most of the things and taking the cab towards East Coast. As for Huiwen, Xiaowei and her sis JingFang, they will carry some drinks and light ingredients to East Coast by MRT. Because of the heavy ingredients that the "Taxi Group" is going to handle(for example the 4 pkts of chicken, charcoal and ice), we hope Huiwen you guys understand ;D. Huiwen, please rememebr to buy the utensils too.
The official bbq starts at 3pm, where everyone of us can start the fun ;D if we were to be late off abit, we might have to prepare all the needs first before having fun ;\ sorry guys.
Things that you may think of bringing:
-at least $40?
[Why? perhaps renting bike or there's other souvenirs to buy lol,i don't know. not even there before hahas.]
-camera
[as a memory of our first ever gathering for the retardersclub! ;D]
-spare clothes
[thinking of diving into the waters? yea this is a must needed, else you just get soaked in clothes and go home]
-sand-castle building tools
[perhaps yuncai/waiteng would be buying..? if you want to play just bring it ;D]
-other things that you need for entertainment, own usage or so

In case of bad climate:
At 1pm, if there are dark clouds gathering, it would be safer for us to cancel the bbq. If we were to bought the ingredients already, but it's raining at East Coast, it would be a waste of the ingredients. Well sadly, the booking fee for the pit is also wasted. If there really is a bad forecast on that day, Crystal we will be sending smses to notice ya guys that the bbq will be cancelled.
